The one -way shopping office of Côte d’Ivoire (Guce CI) is preparing to celebrate a decade of innovations and modernization of cross -border exchanges on June 2 and 3, 2025 in Abidjan. Since its creation in 2015, the Guce CI has played a central role in the digital transformation of Ivorian foreign trade.
The GUCE CI has been set up to centralize, simplify and secure procedures related to imports, exports and transit. In ten years, it has become the main digital interface between economic operators, public institutions, banks and technical partners. This platform made it possible to reduce deadlines, costs and logistical constraints, while strengthening the transparency and traceability of operations.
The celebration of the 10th anniversary will be an opportunity to take stock of the achievements, to examine the prospects for evolution and to initiate a structured dialogue with all the stakeholders. The event will bring together more than 300 participants, including representatives of public administration, private sector companies, financial partners, international organizations, investors and the media. This meeting aims to raise awareness among the private sector of the technical and regulatory challenges linked to customs and logistics procedures, and to encourage a renewed commitment of the various actors in a dynamic of continuous collaboration.
