India’s Snabbit Seeks Fresh Funding at $400 Million Valuation

India’s instant house-help startup Snabbit is in advanced talks to raise fresh funding at a valuation of approximately $400 million, according to sources familiar with the matter. The Bengaluru-based company, founded in 2024, is seeking to raise around $50 million in the round, with potential for the amount to increase to $55 million or higher due to strong investor interest. The funding round is expected to be led by Susquehanna Venture Capital, with participation from Mirae Asset, FJ Labs and existing investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners and Bertelsmann India Investments.

This development represents a significant milestone for Snabbit, which previously raised $30 million in October 2025 at a $180 million valuation. The new round would more than double the company’s valuation in less than six months, reflecting rapid growth in its on-demand domestic services platform. Snabbit connects households with on-demand domestic help for cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, and other chores through a managed network of workers, offering quick turnaround times.

The funding comes amid increasing investor interest in India’s instant house-help sector. Rival startup Pronto is finalizing a separate funding round led by tech investor Lachy Groom at a $200 million valuation, according to recent reports. Urban Company, another major player in the home services space, reported that its instant home services offering surpassed one million bookings in March 2026.

Snabbit’s growth trajectory has been notable since its inception. The company reported completing more than one million jobs in March 2026 alone, with founder and CEO Aayush Agarwal stating in a recent LinkedIn post that the platform recorded over 10,000 daily jobs and more than 300,000 total orders in October 2025. Before this upcoming round, Snabbit had raised a total of $55 million in funding.

The fundraise aligns with broader market trends driven by India’s young, urban workforce, which has increasingly adopted on-demand services for groceries and other necessities, creating familiarity with app-based service models. As Snabbit prepares for this potential funding round, the company continues to expand its operations across major Indian cities including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Noida, and Pune, with plans to enter Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, and Kolkata in the near future.

If completed as anticipated, the funding round would position Snabbit among the higher-valued startups in India’s competitive home services landscape, underscoring investor confidence in the scalability of on-demand domestic help models in the country’s rapidly growing urban centers.
