INSPIRE Entertainment Resort to recruit 100 winter interns

INSPIRE Entertainment Resort is launching a winter internship program to recruit approximately 100 participants for an eight-week term beginning January 4, 2027.

Interns Train in Gaming, Hotel, Food and Logistics

Participants in the gaming division will receive practical training in casino and slot operations. The non-gaming track includes hotel operations such as concierge, housekeeping, and limousine services, while the food and beverage (F&B) stream covers both table service and kitchen management, including menu development. The management support track focuses on procurement and inventory logistics.

INSPIRE Provides Housing and Vouchers for Eligible Interns

Applicants must have no disqualifying factors for overseas travel and must be available for the full duration of the program, which runs from January 4 to February 28, 2027. INSPIRE will provide dormitory accommodations for interns working 40 hours or more per week, while others will have access to commuter shuttle buses.

All participants who successfully complete the internship will receive F&B vouchers for use at the resort. High-performing interns are eligible for additional accommodation vouchers. INSPIRE representatives stated that the winter program aims to continue developing young talent following positive feedback from the inaugural summer session, which focused on experience-based learning rather than direct full-time recruitment.

What Are the Program Differences and Eligibility Requirements?

What is the main difference between the summer and winter internship programs?
The summer program offered bonus points for future full-time applications. The winter program allows participants to be considered for full-time roles immediately upon completion, contingent on work evaluations and a formal recruitment process.

Who is eligible to apply for the program?
The program is open to candidates who have no disqualifying factors for overseas travel and can commit to the full eight-week schedule from January 4 to February 28, 2027. INSPIRE is specifically seeking individuals interested in integrated resort operations, including casino, hotel, and corporate support roles.
