Kelly Clarkson was absent from her talk show this spring due to the illness of her former husband, Brandon Blackstock.
The news comes the same day a representative for his family told People Weekly that 48-year-old Blackstock died of cancer. He adn Clarkson married in 2013 and filed for divorce in 2021 after having two children, River and Remy.
