Ace Frehley, Founding Guitarist of Kiss, Dies at 74
Ace Frehley, the iconic lead guitarist and a founding member of the legendary rock band Kiss, has passed away at the age of 74.News of his death was confirmed by a representative to Rolling Stone following injuries sustained from a recent fall at his home. Frehley had previously cancelled all scheduled performances for 2025.
“In his last moments, we were blessed enough to have been able to surround him with loving, caring, peaceful words, thoughts, prayers and intentions as he left this earth,” Frehley’s family shared in a heartfelt statement. “The magnitude of his passing is of epic proportions, and beyond comprehension.”
