"Life Without Sorrow": Kukaragi Enlists Celebrated Latvian Artists for Children’s Album
Latvian children’s music initiative Kukaragi has debuted its latest project, "Life Without Sorrow," a heartwarming album featuring original compositions by acclaimed composer Arthur Mangulis.
This remarkable project brings together the raw talent of forty young performers alongside a constellation of distinguished Latvian artists, creating a truly unique and enriching musical experience for listeners of all ages.
Among the impressive roster of contributors are Greta Grantina, renowned for her captivating vocals; Edward Strazdiņš, celebrated for his masterful piano skills; Ieva Sutugova, a rising star in the Latvian music scene; and Dagnis Rozins, vocalist of the popular band “Other Boys." Further enriching the album are the talents of Atis Zviedris, Miks Dukurs, Signija Taranenko, Katō, and Agnese Schirante, each lending their distinct musical styles to create a tapestry of sound that is both playful and profound.
