Le Center Celebrates St. Patrick’s Day with New Miss Shamrock Court

Le Center, Minnesota, crowned its 2026 Miss Shamrock court on Friday, March 13, during a coronation ceremony held as part of the city’s St. Patrick’s Day Festival. Laynee Blaschko was named Miss Shamrock, while Sierra McCabe and Marissa Schroeder were crowned Miss Leprechaun and Miss Irish Rose, respectively Montgomery Messenger.

The 2026 court consists of:

• Miss Leprechaun: Sierra McCabe
• Miss Irish Rose: Marissa Schroeder

John Gregory O’Connell Memorial Award

Marissa Schroeder also received the John Gregory O’Connell Memorial Award during the coronation ceremony Montgomery Messenger.

Festival Festivities Continue Despite Weather

Despite an impending blizzard, the St. Patrick’s Day parade and other festivities on Saturday afternoon proceeded without incident Montgomery Messenger.
