Led DSM Expands Team with New Leadership Appointments

Lead DSM, a prominent organization focused on leadership growth in the Des Moines area, has announced the appointments of Mallory riesberg as Learning and Programs Director and Elizabeth Silva as Operations Manager. These additions aim to strengthen Lead DSMS capacity to serve the community and scale its impactful programs.
New Leadership Roles
Mallory Riesberg began her role earlier this year as Learning and Programs Director.A graduate of Lead DSM’s Community Connect program, Riesberg is now responsible for the development and delivery of the organization’s leadership initiatives. The Community connect program is designed to cultivate emerging leaders within the Des Moines area.
Elizabeth Silva joined Lead DSM in September as Operations Manager. She brings over a decade of experience in operations and community leadership. Silva will focus on streamlining internal processes and contributing to the organization’s overall strategic direction.
A Vision for the Future
According to Executive Director Amy Jennings,these appointments reflect Lead DSM’s commitment to a people-centered strategy and mission-aligned action. “Mallory and Elizabeth each bring a rare combination of heart and skill,” Jennings stated. “Their leadership will strengthen our capacity to serve and to scale.” Lead DSM focuses on fostering leadership skills and building a stronger community in the Greater Des Moines region.
