LeBron James continues to etch his name into NBA history, adding another milestone to his illustrious career. The Los Angeles Lakers star surpassed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to become the all-time leader in career field goals made during Thursday night’s 120-113 loss to the Denver Nuggets.

A Historic Moment in Denver

With 12.3 seconds remaining in the first quarter, James executed a signature turnaround jump shot over Zeke Nnaji, marking his 15,838th career field goal ESPN. This surpassed the previous record of 15,837 held by Abdul-Jabbar, a record that had stood for nearly four decades Yahoo Sports.

This latest achievement builds upon James’s already remarkable list of accomplishments.
