Singer Lee Hyori continues to expand her dedication to yoga, having opened a yoga center in Seoul after relocating from Jeju Island last year. The artist shared recent photos from the center on her social media channels, accompanied by a reflective post on the challenges and rewards of mindful practice.

Finding Balance in Stillness

On February 22nd, Lee Hyori posted images of herself performing yoga, including a headstand, to her SNS accounts. She expressed the difficulty she finds in maintaining stillness, writing, “The most difficult thing for me is to crouch and hold on without spreading out. To stay in the process without completing. To converge rather than diverge.”

Hyori further elaborated, “In short, he is a person who is not very fine at staying still. If he had not done yoga, he would have escaped from the Earth.”

From Jeju to Seoul: A New Chapter
