The Lyubertsy urban district of the Moscow Oblast is set to receive 136 new musical instruments for its additional education institutions in 2026, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance the region’s cultural infrastructure. The folk department and school orchestra received new balalaikas, domras, guitars, and illuminated music stands. The school’s acoustic piano and grand piano collection was entirely replaced with new instruments.
