National Trials Test Counselors in Moscow

The five-day event ran from October 21 to October 25 in Moscow, gathering 300 participants from across Russia to compete in trials testing emotional intelligence, creativity, and strategic thinking. Contestants demonstrated critical thinking alongside professional skills as winners were selected across five distinct categories ranging from trainee counselors to mentors in upbringing.

Reflecting on the conclusion of the event,

Professional Growth and Federal Reserves

Participation in the final offers concrete professional opportunities beyond the competition itself. Successful candidates gain pathways to enter the federal personnel reserve, complete internships at leading children’s centers, and integrate directly into a new generation of counselor communities.

Organized by the Russian Children and Youth Center with the support of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the overarching format provides laureates and participants with specialized prizes from project partners including the Movement of the First, the «Orlyata Rossii» program, «Navigators of Childhood», the «Mashuk» Knowledge Center, Russian Student Teams, and federal children’s centers.
