Additional creditors include BMO, to whom the clinic owes over $500,000, and MediSolution, with a debt of $85,000 .

Despite the bankruptcy filing, the clinic is currently continuing its operations. A first meeting of creditors is scheduled for February 27 to discuss the clinic’s financial situation and February 20, 2026 . A previous assembly of creditors was scheduled for Friday, February 20, 2026 .
