Dental Tourism Boom in morocco Raises Concerns
The General Council of Dentists in Spain has issued a warning regarding the growing boom of dental tourism in morocco, where private clinics offer aesthetic treatments combined with vacation experiences at significantly reduced prices. The General Council of Dentists emphasizes “the importance of any dental treatment being performed by a licensed dentist, in an appropriate facility, and under all established safety conditions and guarantees.” they also urge citizens to exercise caution with this type of advertising, warning that “any alteration to your mouth can be irreversible.”
The vacation packages offered by these clinics are remarkably affordable. The most basic package includes 20 veneers for 650 euros.
