Ryan Blaney’s History at Las Vegas Motor Speedway
Ryan Blaney, fresh off a win at Phoenix, has historically faced challenges at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Despite an average finish of 15.2 across 19 starts and six top-five finishes, his results have declined since the introduction of the Next Gen car, with an average finish of 21.2 in six starts. Blaney has stated his primary goal is simply to finish the race, citing issues with tires and being caught in wrecks as contributing factors to past disappointments. He admitted to causing a wreck in the 2025 spring race, attributing it to misjudging the position of other cars.
Blaney was also involved in a multi-car wreck on Lap 196 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in 2025.
