Aric Almirola Wins Focused Health 302 NASCAR Xfinity series Race

Aric Almirola passed Connor zilisch with 10 laps to go to win the focused Health 302 NASCAR Xfinity Series race on Oct. 11 at Las Vegas.

Almirola,who led a race-high 107 laps and swept the first two stages,worked alongside Zilisch through turns 1 and 2 and completed the pass down the backstretch despite contact between the two.

Justin Allgaier had a strong points day, adding to his cushion ahead of the playoff cutline, finishing third.

Almirola’s win ensures no playoff driver is automatically locked into the Championship 4 ahead of Talladega next week, the second of three races in the Round of 8.
