Netanyahu intensifies Criticism of Qatar, Accuses it of Supporting Hamas

Jakarta, CNBC indonesia – israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has increased his verbal attack on Qatar. This happened a week after Israel launched a bombing in the country’s capital, Doha.

According to Middle east Monitor (September 18, 2025), Netanyahu said he had sharp criticism of Qatar, which he had conveyed during the war.According to him, the Gulf country was too much in favor of Hamas.

“Qatar is related to Hamas, supports Hamas, hosting Hamas, and funding Hamas,” he said. “If Qatar wants, they can easily put a much stronger pressure that will help us free all of our hostages,” he added, referring to Israeli citizens who were detained in Gaza.

Netanyahu also made his criticism of Qatar government media, Al Jazeera. according to him,reports from Al Jazeera are frequently enough biased and do not favor Israel and the Zionist agenda.
