Salt Lake City Unveils Bold 2026 Twilight Concert Series Lineup
Salt Lake City is bringing a “bold, genre-spanning” roster to the streets for the 39th annual Twilight Concert Series. This year’s season features six shows split between two iconic city venues, blending indie pop, hip-hop, jam rock and Americana to offer a diverse musical experience for the community.
The 2026 Performance Schedule
The series kicks off in July and runs through October, utilizing both the Gallivan Center and the Civic Center (previously known as Library Square) to host its headline acts.
- July 13: Old Crow Medicine Reveal with Large Richard and Michelle Moonshine at the Gallivan Center. Doors open at 6 p.m.
- July 17: Hip-hop artist Freddie Gibbs at the Gallivan Center.
- July 27: British actress and indie pop singer Suki Waterhouse at the Gallivan Center.
- August 4: Indie pop band MUNA at the Civic Center (200 E. 400 South).
- August 29: Jam band rockers Goose at the Civic Center.
- October 1: Philadelphia-based indie rockers The War on Drugs at the Gallivan Center.
Artist Highlights and Industry Pedigree
The 2026 lineup is anchored by several critically acclaimed artists with significant industry achievements.
Old Crow Medicine Show, the influential Americana string band opening the series, brings a deep folk legacy to the stage. The group became members of the Grand Ole Opry in 2013 and earned a Grammy Award for best folk album in 2015, as noted by KSL.
Closing out the season is The War on Drugs. The indie rock outfit is known for their expansive sound and a 2018 Grammy Award for best rock album. Their October 1 appearance comes amid reports that the band is working on their first studio release since 2021.
Adding to the pop appeal is Suki Waterhouse, who boasts nearly 10 million monthly listeners on Spotify, and MUNA, who are currently touring in support of their album Dancing on the Wall, their first studio project since 2022.
