Czech composer Ondřej Soukup, 74, has surprised many by revealing that his marriage to singer Lucia Šoralová was actually his third. Soukup, known for his candidness, openly discussed his marital history and his fondness for the institution of marriage.
A History of Marriage
While many believed his union with Lucia Šoralová, 49, was his second, Soukup clarified that he was previously married to a woman named Helenka, who currently resides in Italy, before his marriage to Gábina Osvaldová, 72. “A wedding is always perfect, a divorce is worse, it always costs a lot of money. But I like getting married, it’s sensational and you never forget it,” Soukup told Blesk.
Current and Former Relationships
Soukup openly acknowledged his two former wives, Helenka and Gábina Osvaldová. He expressed a generally positive sentiment towards marriage, despite the financial implications of divorce.

Lucia Šoralová, a Slovak singer, married Ondřej Soukup in 2017. The couple has two children together: a daughter, Rebeka, and a son, Ondřej.
