“This is the largest rescue operation in PunjabS history,” stated Irfan Ali Khan, Director General of the Punjab Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), during a press conference held earlier today. He detailed the extensive resources deployed, including over 800 boats and a dedicated team of more than 1,300 rescue personnel.
