Park Ji-hoon Announces Comeback with Single “Re:flect”
Singer and actor Park Ji-hoon is set to release his first single, “Re:flect,” on April 29, marking his return to music after a three-year hiatus, his agency YY Entertainment announced on Wednesday.
First Musical Release Since 2023
“Re:flect” is Park Ji-hoon’s first music release since his seventh EP, “Blank or Black,” which was released in April 2023. The single captures the process of confronting the past and reflecting on one’s present self.
Rising Star: From ‘King’s Warden’ to Music
Park Ji-hoon recently gained widespread recognition for his role in the film “The King’s Warden,” which became the third most-watched film in Korean cinema history. His performance earned him praise for his emotional acting.
Fan Meet and Greet
Prior to the single’s release, Park Ji-hoon will hold a fan meet and greet titled ‘Same Place’ at the Yes24 Live Hall in Seoul on April 25 and 26.
Early Career and Background
Park Ji-hoon began his career as a member of the boy band Wanna One in 2017. He launched his solo career with the EP “O’Clock” in March 2019, following Wanna One’s disbandment. Before his music career, he debuted as a child actor in the MBC drama “Jumong” in 2006-2007. He has since appeared in several dramas, including “Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency” (2019), “Love Revolution” (2020), “At A Distance Spring is Green” (2021), and “Weak Hero” (2022–).
