Precision Injection Molding, Santa Rosa (PIMS) is a state of the art facility that is relied upon by the scientific community, of which you would be a key team member. A passionate and dedicated team player, you will apply your mechanical and troubleshooting skills to help Team PIMS to deliver the highest quality products. You will also help create and develop new solutions to improve the operation to ensure our customers receive the best products possible.

Candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude, ability to communicate well verbally as well as written, proficient with computers, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and has an attention for detail.

Second Shift Monday – Friday from 2:00pm-10:30pm

Compensation: The estimated hourly rate for this position is $20 to $25 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
