Allegations of Abuse During Mother’s Absence
The investigation centers on events from August 2025. Prosecutors allege that Gonzales Flores, the victim’s stepfather, exploited the absence of the child’s mother to commit the assault. According to the fiscal investigation, the accused was in an apparent state of intoxication when he forced the victim into his room, subjected her to non-consensual sexual acts, and used threats to prevent her from reporting the incident.
The situation came to light on December 3, 2025, when the victim began experiencing symptoms including loss of appetite, nausea, and vomiting. A pharmacy pregnancy test subsequently returned a positive result, with initial estimates placing the gestation at approximately four months.
