Twelve communities continue this Wednesday on alert for rains and strong storms, with special incidence in Aragonboth Castillas, Navarra, Basque Country and La Riojawhere there is an orange warning (significant risk) for an accumulated rainfall of 30 liters in one hour.
Aragon has the orange notice in the provinces of Huesca and Zaragoza due to rains that will leave 30 liters in an hour and due to storms in points of the Pyrenees, south and center of Huesca and in the Cinco Villas, where “big hail” is likely, reports Aemet on its website.
In Castile and Leonthe orange warning for rain and storms with hail will affect the provinces of Burgos and Soria with accumulations of 30 liters in one hour, while in Palencia and in Segovia There is a yellow alert (risk) for rainfall that will accumulate 15 liters in one hour.
In Castilla-La Mancha, only the province of Albacete has activated the orange warning for storms with heavy hail in areas of Hellin, Almansa, Alcaraz and Segura; In the rest of the community there is a yellow warning for storms and rains with a rainfall of 15 liters in one hour.
In the northern half of the peninsula, the communities of Navarre, Basque Country and La Rioja they are in orange due to rain that will accumulate 30 liters in an hour and due to a high probability of hail, which can be “adverse” in points in Navarra.
