leipzig – RB Leipzig’s coach Ole Werner has only had Conrad Harder under his wing for a few training sessions, but the coach is already very impressed by the young Dane, thanks to the scouting and transfer process. “We got a player who is very physically strong, has a good burst of speed, and also offers good runs in behind,” praised the coach. “He is very dynamic and can really hurt opponents, has good ball control, and strong jumping ability. As a young player, he brings a very strong package with him, and as a personality, he is very open.”

“I’m always committed.That frustrates defenders”

…his strengths: “One of my strengths is that I always give 100 percent in everything I do – with every shot, every run. I’m always fully committed. Sometimes that frustrates defenders a little. And my finishing is decent too.”

… and weaknesses: “I want to work on everything and improve in all areas. Especially making the right decision – whether to pass, shoot, or hold onto the ball.”
