* Diagnosis: ruptured interstitial ectopic pregnancy (a rare and hazardous form of ectopic pregnancy) with hemorrhagic shock.
* initial Presentation: Severe abdominal pain, abnormal vaginal bleeding, dizziness, fatigue, low blood pressure (80/50 mmHg), rapid pulse, and declining consciousness.
* Imaging: Ultrasound revealed an abnormal mass on the right side of the uterus and ascites (fluid in the abdominal cavity).
* Intervention: Immediate activation of emergency protocol (“Pink Code”) and rapid transfer to the operating room for laparoscopic abdominal surgery.
* Surgical Findings: Large amount of clotted blood in the abdominal cavity,severely dilated and bleeding right uterine horn.
* Surgical Procedure: Suturing of the right uterine horn to stop bleeding and removal of the ectopic pregnancy.
* Blood Type & Transfusion: Patient had a rare blood type (B Rh negative). Required 3 units of compatible blood due to notable blood loss, sourced through emergency mobilization and contact with rare blood banks.
* Post-Operative Recovery: bleeding stopped, vital signs stabilized within an hour. Patient recovered well, resumed activities after one day, with stable hemoglobin and decreasing beta-hCG levels. Received anti-D immunoglobulin.

* Rarity & Risk: Interstitial ectopic pregnancies are rare (2.4% of all ectopic pregnancies) but carry a substantially higher risk of maternal death (7-15x higher). The patient’s Rh negative blood type further complex the situation.
