Ángeles Béjar, the mother of the suspended president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) Luis Rubialesfaces his second day of hunger strike and confinement in the parish of the Divina Pastora de Motrilthe Granada town from which the manager suspended as a result of the controversial kiss on the mouth he gave the player of the women’s soccer team, Jenni Beautiful. Béjar asks for justice for his son and for an end to the “hunt” of which he, he assures, is the victim.
“I don’t mind dying for justiceto. My son is a decent person and what they are doing to him is not fair,” he commented in statements to Europa Press.
The mother of the director of the RFEF maintains that her son is innocent and does not deserve to be treated like a sex offender since it is not since, he insists, the kiss he gave Hermoso was consented and he asks the soccer player to pronounce himself in this regard.
“I’m fine, I really believe in God and I ask for the truth”, has specified. “I’ll be here as long as my body lasts and I won’t stop until Jenni tells the truth.”
Just over 24 hours have passed since Ángeles Béjar announced her decision to remain locked up and on a hunger strike. Next to her, inside the temple, only her sister remains. First thing in the morning they were visited by the parish priest, who locked the door on his way out and did not want to make any assessment.
