French Navy Intercepts Russian-Linked Tanker in Mediterranean

The French Navy intercepted and boarded the oil tanker Deyna in the Mediterranean Sea on Friday, March 20, 2026, suspecting it belongs to Russia’s sanctioned “shadow fleet” and was operating under a false flag.
