Fabulous Fox Theatre Season Ticket Holder Benefits: Swap One, Exchanges, and More
Season ticket packages for the 2025-2026 Broadway season at the Fabulous Fox Theatre have concluded, but current season ticket holders enjoy a range of benefits designed for flexibility and convenience. These benefits include the “Swap One” program, exchange options, and opportunities for additional ticket purchases.
Swap One: Trading Your Tickets
The “Swap One” benefit allows season ticket holders to exchange one show within their subscription for another Broadway Series show, including Broadway Specials. This feature is available once per season, after ticket packages have been received. While the Fox Theatre strives to secure seats in the same seating category (Orchestra, Mezzanine, or Balcony), equivalent seating isn’t guaranteed.
If swapping for a performance with a higher price, season ticket holders will be responsible for paying the difference. If swapping for a lower-priced performance, no refund will be provided. All swap requests must be submitted at least one week before the original performance date. earlier submissions are encouraged. Learn more about Swap One here.
Ticket Exchange Options
Season ticket holders can as well exchange tickets for different performances of the same show.

How to Utilize These Benefits
Season ticket holders can submit “Swap One” requests:
- Online: Through the Swap request form (easiest option).
- By Phone: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at (314) 535-1700.
- In Person: At the Fabulous Fox Box Office during open hours.
