This remote, U.S.-based position requires a self-starter capable of managing the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation. You will be instrumental in:
Strategic Account Management: Cultivating a robust portfolio of both new and existing accounts, identifying key opportunities for ICT solutions to address their specific challenges.
Value Proposition Articulation: Deeply understanding client business objectives and translating them into compelling narratives that showcase the tangible benefits of our technology offerings. Think of it as helping insurers move from reactive risk management to proactive, data-driven decision-making.
Collaborative Sales Execution: Leading presentations and demonstrations alongside a team of insurance specialists, actuaries, and technologists, ensuring a thorough and impactful client experience.
Stakeholder Alignment: Navigating complex organizational structures to secure buy-in from key decision-makers – including CIOs, IT leaders, and Line of Business Executives – accelerating the sales process.
pipeline Management & Closing: Proactively building and managing a robust sales pipeline, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic engagements.
Internal Collaboration: Working seamlessly with Client Relationship Managers,Sales Support,and Marketing teams to maximize deal closure rates.
Commercial Acumen: Independently crafting and negotiating commercial terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Lead Generation & Strategy: Partnering with marketing and business leaders to develop targeted lead generation strategies and account-based marketing activities.
Data-Driven Forecasting: Maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions, use cases, and sales progress within D365, providing accurate and insightful sales forecasts.
What We’re Looking For: Your Expertise & Drive
We are seeking a candidate with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. specifically, we require:
Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in a complex, high-growth sales environment, consistently exceeding targets.
Insurance Technology Expertise: Direct experience selling enterprise-level insurance software and technology solutions.familiarity with core systems like Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar platforms is a strong asset.
Strategic planning & Execution: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective territory and account progress plans. Insurance Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the insurance industry, including key functions such as product development, pricing, claims management, underwriting, and actuarial science.
Independant & Collaborative Work style: The ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with internal teams.
