What we need from you:

  • 3+ years’ experience in platform services, SAP, OpenText, or related systems management
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases from a platform management perspective
  • General understanding of OpenText application layer components (Directory Services, Content Server, Brava, OpenText Capture Center, Enterprise Scan, Enterprise Connect, OCC Validation Client) and their connectivity with SAP
  • Exposure to SAP products such as S4, CRM, SRM, GRC, SOLMAN, Portal, BW, Gateway, SAP MBC, SAP cloud Integration, BOBJ, BODS, Fiori, SAP Cloud Connector, Datasphere, SAC, Ariba, concur, successfactors
  • Ability to troubleshoot, manage, and influence system improvements and change initiatives

Role Description:

The platform Specialist/architect plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining SAP and OpenText systems, ensuring seamless integration and operational reliability. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, platform management, and supporting SAP connectivity with OpenText and related systems.

What you’ll be doing:

  • troubleshooting and resolving platform-related issues within SAP and OpenText environments.
  • Managing and maintaining the stability and performance of SAP and OpenText systems.
  • Supporting SAP connectivity with opentext and other integrated systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements and change initiatives.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance on platform-related matters.
  • Monitoring system health and proactively identifying potential issues.
  • Participating in on-call rotation as needed.
