The flooding is impacting travel across the region. As of 8:30 AM CDT, flooding was reported in the two right lanes of I-41/45 northbound past County Line Road in Germantown, causing traffic delays. We Energies is reporting widespread power outages, with at least 32,000 customers without electricity as of 8:15 AM Tuesday.
