Red Bull’s Upgrades Shine at Circuit of the Americas

Red Bull Racing returned to the track at Circuit of the Americas after a four-week break with some significant upgrades to their RB20 car. These changes seemed to work wonders, helping Max Verstappen secure the Sprint pole and victory, though Ferrari still held the upper hand in the Grand Prix.

Visually Impressive Modifications

One of the most striking alterations was made to the upper surface of the sidepod. The rear section now slopes down more steeply, creating a different joining point with the floor. This adjustment, along with changes to the floor edge wing, which now features increased camber in its final third, represents a clear focus on aerodynamics and downforce.

These upgrades demonstrate Red Bull’s commitment to continuous development and innovation. While Ferrari may have come out on top in the Grand Prix, Verstappen’s dominant performance in the Sprint shows that Red Bull is closing the gap and is a formidable force to be reckoned with.
