A central function is establishing and championing the project’s overall technological strategy. This involves:
Defining the Technological Roadmap: Articulating a clear vision for the technology used throughout the game’s development lifecycle.
Pipeline Integration: Seamlessly integrating production pipelines with both the overarching brand technology roadmap and the broader pipeline technology direction.
Influencing pipeline Evolution: Proactively identifying opportunities to refine and enhance the pipeline based on the specific demands of the project.
Balancing Ambition and Feasibility: Ensuring that the project’s creative goals are realistically achievable within the constraints of available technology and resources.
2. Project Planning and Execution
