Prabowo‘s Deputies Join Telkom’s Board

JAKARTA – Three Deputy Ministers from President Prabowo Subianto’s cabinet have been appointed to the Board of Commissioners of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.It’s a move expected to bolster the company’s digital conversion efforts.

Deputy Minister of communication and Digital Affairs, Angga Raka Prabowo, will serve as President Commissioner. He’s taking on a key leadership role within Telkom.

Alongside angga Raka Prabowo, Deputy Minister of immigration and Corrections, silmy Karim, and Deputy Minister of agrarian and Spatial Planning/Deputy Head of the National Land Agency, Ossy Dermawan, were also named as Telkom Commissioners. They’ll bring diverse perspectives to the board.

This decision was made during an Remarkable General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held in Jakarta on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.

“Shareholders approved the changes to the company’s management during the meeting,” said SVP Group Sustainability & Corporate Communication TLKM Ahmad Reza in a statement. “We believe this new composition will strengthen Telkom Group’s strategic direction and speed up its digital transformation.”
