Itel VistaTab 12 Debuts in Indonesia at Rp2.499.000 With Bundled Accessories

Itel Indonesia has officially launched the itel VistaTab 12 tablet at a price of Rp2.499.000 for its 4GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration. According to VRITIMES, every purchase of the 10.1-inch Android tablet includes a keyboard case and pen without any expiration date or promotional period limits. This rollout positions the hardware directly against competing entry-level productivity devices by eliminating the need to purchase input accessories separately.

The device went on sale in Indonesia starting October 10, 2026, alongside the itel A300+ smartphone, before an official press announcement was issued on October 28, 2026, in Jakarta, as reported by Nextren and Telset.id. Unlike standard market offerings that sell styluses and keyboards as separate add-ons, itel includes these tools permanently inside the box. Measuring 7mm in thickness and weighing 420 grams, the chassis comes in Space Grey and Titanium Gold colorways.

Hardware Specifications and Included Productivity Software

Under the hood, the itel VistaTab 12 runs on a MediaTek Helio G85 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory, operating on Android 16. The 10.1-inch IPS display features a resolution of 1280 by 800 pixels, a peak brightness of 400 nits, an 86 percent screen-to-body ratio, and support for 16,7 juta warna, which according to itel is intended for reading materials, processing documents, or watching videos. Powering the system is a 7.000mAh battery designed to handle online classes, virtual meetings, and streaming sessions, while built-in 4G connectivity allows users to stay online outside of Wi-Fi zones without relying on phone hotspots.

For document handling, the tablet features itel Office, a pre-installed suite for processing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. According to Telset.id, this software operates for free without requiring account registration, activation codes, or subscription fees. Students also gain access to an AI Smart Learning feature designed to break down homework problems step-by-step and check practice answers directly via the camera. Optical capture is handled by an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera, which double as tools for scanning documents and conducting video calls.

Pricing Strategy and Market Positioning

Many students and young workers need a tablet that can truly be used for studying and working, not just for watching TV. Our VistaTab 12 comes fully equipped from day one: keyboard and pen included, and office applications running straight out of the box at no additional cost. said Geza Febriandi, Marketing Manager of itel Indonesia, as cited by VRITIMES and Telset.id.

Geza added that the pricing structure aims to make productivity tools more accessible. We want productivity to be less expensive. At Rp. 2 million, the itel VistaTab 12 is ready to accompany you from the classroom to the meeting room. he stated in reports by Nextren and Telset.id. This launch follows earlier bundle strategies from the brand, such as the VistaTab 11 released around Rp2,2 million and the higher-tier VistaTab 30 GT priced at Rp2.835.000. Consumers can purchase the VistaTab 12 through itel Indonesia’s official stores on Shopee and TikTok Shop by Tokopedia.

Itel VistaTab 32 Expansion and Regional Availability

While the VistaTab 12 anchors the brand’s local rollout, itel also introduced the VistaTab 32 tablet, featuring an 11-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2.560 × 1.600 pixels and a 16:10 aspect ratio. The screen offers a brightness of up to 450 nits, a 1.500:1 contrast ratio, an 86 percent screen-to-body ratio, and support for 16,7 juta warna. Driven by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G100 processor with a maximum speed of 2.2GHz and Mali-G57 graphics, the device pairs its chipset with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage running on Android 16.
