Cal State fullerton students and staff looking too learn essential outdoor skills can join Associated Students Inc.’s Titan Outdoors free educational classes on Oct. 3 and Oct. 9 from 5-6:30 p.m. at the Student Recreation Center.
Experienced Titan Outdoor leaders will teach both classes, covering topics like outdoor education on oct. 3 and Backpacking 101 on Oct.9,with equipment provided. With limited space in each class, students are encouraged to register on the Titan Recreation website.
Titan Outdoors provides the CSUF community with affordable outdoor adventures each semester, offering a chance to decompress outside of the city.
“To get outdoors is the best thing for a student. When you’re just kind of wiped out, how about recharging in nature?” said Angel Ramos, ASI outdoor adventures coordinator.
