A wave of russian attacks with drones and missiles, the most massive in recent months, has caused at least nine dead, numerous injuries and damage in various parts of Ukraine, including the capital, kyiv, and the largest urban centers of the country.
The mayor of kyiv, Vitali Klitschkó, has announced that three civilians currently remain buried under the rubble of a warehouse in which fragments of a projectile have hit, while three other people have been rescued.
Klitschkó had warned around 6.30 in the morning through his Telegram channel that explosions in the capital, instructing citizens to seek shelter.
Seven people have been hospitalized in the capital and the Kiev mayor has also reported damage to the Lukyanivska metro station, as well as to the aforementioned warehouse where a fire broke out.
The number of wounded rises to 17 in total, according to Sergey Popko, head of the kyiv military administration.
