Defense of Pokrovsk Under Intense Fire

During the fierce battles for Pokrovsk, Yashchenko found himself isolated after three fellow soldiers were killed by enemy FPV drone attacks. He reportedly spent five days without access to water, food, or communication, continuously repositioning himself to repel ongoing enemy assaults.

Quote: “In one of the battles, he independently eliminated more than 10 invaders. The rest of the Russians fled, believing that a unit was working against them. He left the city when he reached the allies and helped evacuate his wounded brother-in-arms.”

Yashchenko’s actions significantly disrupted enemy advances and contributed to the defense of Pokrovsk, demonstrating exceptional resilience and combat skill.
