dutch scale-up Temperwork has secured €3.5 million in seed funding to expand its platform focused on preventing burnout and improving employee wellbeing. The round was led by Peak and joined by existing investors Holland Capital and several angel investors.
Temperwork offers a preventative wellbeing platform that uses data-driven insights to identify employees at risk of burnout. The platform combines individual check-ins, team-level diagnostics, and personalized recommendations to foster a healthier work surroundings. Unlike customary reactive approaches, Temperwork focuses on proactively addressing wellbeing challenges before they escalate.
