Webzen will give gamers their first hands-on look at a new strategy RPG built on a popular webtoon at G-Star 2026, the country’s largest game exhibition, which runs Nov. 19–22 at BEXCO in Busan, Newsis reported.
The Korean publisher has secured a 100-booth space at the entrance of BEXCO’s Exhibition Hall 1 under the concept “Visit Webzen,” where it will showcase the new title alongside its existing catalog, the company said when it opened the official G-Star 2026 brand page and confirmed its booth plans on Nov. 5.
Defense Game Tyrant: Last Stage Takes the Spotlight
The centerpiece is Defense Game Tyrant: Last Stage, a command-and-strategy RPG set in the world of the original webtoon, which will be playable at the show for the first time. Built with three-dimensional pixel graphics, the game has players exploring regions, fending off enemy attacks, and managing their own territory. Webzen also plans a booth zone recreated from locations in the source webtoon so visitors can experience the game and the original’s atmosphere together.
Webzen Reveals MU Theos Teaser and Booth Highlights
Webzen will also unveil the first teaser video for MU Theos, a new massively multiplayer online RPG that carries the legacy of the company’s long-running MU series into a separate story within the same universe; the video will introduce part of the game’s world. The booth will also feature hands-on or promotional segments for in-development titles Terbis and R2 Origin, plus existing games Metin2, Shot Online, and S.U.N: New Edition.
Alongside the playable builds, Webzen has lined up cosplay events featuring characters from its games and live performances of game music.
