According to the official schedule, the Badgers will start five golfers in the opening round: Alexia Siehl, Kate Brody, Tammy Wu, Izzi Stricker, and Grace Slocum. Lauren Sammon is listed as a potential alternate for the team.

Play for the first and second rounds will begin with a shotgun start at 10:30 a.m. CT on Friday and Saturday. The final round is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. CT on Sunday.

The 2026 Big Ten Women’s Golf Championships mark the 43rd edition of the event and the first time Oakmont Country Club will serve as the host venue. Admission and parking for spectators are complimentary throughout the tournament.

Live coverage of the final round will be broadcast on the Big Ten Network, beginning at 12:30 p.m. PT on Sunday, April 26. Fans can also follow real-time updates and results through the Badgers’ official social media channels on Instagram, Facebook, and X (@BadgerWGolf).

Wisconsin enters the championship coming off a strong stretch of play, including a fifth-place finish at the Terrapin Invitational in early April. The team also recorded top-10 finishes in three of five fall events, highlighted by a seventh-place showing at the Badger Invitational.

Individually, Alexia Siehl has posted the team’s best result this season with a fourth-place finish at the MountainView Collegiate in March. Kate Brody, a junior, is competing in her third Big Ten Championship after finishing as the runner-up in the previous year’s event.

The Badgers concluded their regular season with a seventh-place finish at the Boilermaker Classic, where they shot a team score of +48. Tammy Wu led the squad with a tied-for-19th place finish at +8 in challenging conditions.

Oakmont Country Club, located in Glendale, California, is hosting the championship for the first time in its history. The venue is known for hosting major golf championships and provides a challenging test for the competing teams.

As the tournament gets underway, the Wisconsin women’s golf team aims to build on its recent momentum and contend for a top finish in the Big Ten field.
