CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Jonathan Dean Workman, 39, of Oceana, West Virginia, pleaded guilty on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, to possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine in Kanawha County, West Virginia. Sentencing is scheduled for May 4, where he faces a potential prison sentence of one to fifteen years.

Details of the Arrest and Plea

The conviction stems from a traffic stop initiated by South Charleston police on April 10, 2024, near the intersection of Route 119 and Songer Lane.
