French basketball club SIG Strasbourg has confirmed the signing of Danish forward Tymu Chenery, a player with experience in European competitions, according to a statement released on Tuesday. The move marks a strategic addition for the LNB Pro A team as they prepare for the upcoming EuroCup season.
Chenery, 26, previously played for Danish club BK Gothenburg, where he averaged 12.3 points and 6.1 rebounds per game during the 2023-2024 season, according to EuroLeague’s official statistics. His experience in the 2023 EuroCup qualifiers, where he helped BK Gothenburg reach the Round of 16, has drawn attention from European clubs seeking depth in the frontcourt.
