Aena registered a net profit of 607.7 million euros in the first half of 2023which represents an increase of 119% compared to the 277.5 million of the previous year.
According to the information sent by the airport manager to the National Stock Market Commission (CNMV), this result was also higher than before the pandemic since in the first half of 2019 a profit of 559 million was recorded.
For his part, he gross operating result (Ebitda) reached 1,170.3 million euroswhich represents a growth of 49.5% compared to the same period in 2022 (783 million), although it remains slightly lower than in 2019 (1,189.3 million).
In the same line, the Total revenue consolidated for the first half of 2023 increased to 2,333.2 million euroswhich represents an increase of 24.1% compared to the first half of the previous year.
Los aeronautical revenues were 1,277.1 million euros19.4% more than in 2022. On the other hand, commercial income, supported by sales growth that exceeds 2019 levels, reached 715.3 million euros, an increase of 29%.
