Artificial intelligence, or AI, is one of the most talked-about concepts today. It’s showing up everywhere – from healthcare and education to finance and the devices we use daily. Experts say we can use AI to our advantage, making it a powerful ally that helps us live smarter and more efficiently.

Nearly half of those surveyed (47%) admit they rely on AI every day. They say things like searching for information with AI,getting personalized recommendations, and using voice assistants would disrupt their routines, according to Samsung Research. Plus, 45% of users use voice commands as often as they type to get things done.

“When we talk about AI’s progress and its impact on work and daily life, the key word is balance. AI will never replace critical thinking, originality, or creativity, but it’s an amazing tool for working, learning, and organizing your life,” says a Samsung training manager. “Modern smartphones do this really well because you can easily carry everything you need in your pocket and use it anytime. The new Galaxy S25 FE is a great example – it offers a lot of AI features at a user-friendly price.”
