An incident between a passenger and the socialist deputy and former mayor of Valladolid Oscar Puente has delayed about 20 minutes AVE of Valladolid y Madrid. The altercation occurred on the 8:45 a.m. train, which Puente took to head to the capital to intervene in the second vote of the investiture debate of Alberto Núñez Feijóo.

The facts, advanced by The North of Castileoccurred early this morning, when the socialist deputy was preparing to board the train and a man began to rebuke him after asking him what he thought of the former president of Catalonia Carles Puigdemont. Puente, who was at the entrance to the convoy, could not access his seat because the passenger was in the middle.

“Don’t get in front of me, don’t get in front of me because I’m not going to answer you,” Puente says to someone who asks him about Puigdemont, according to a video posted on social networks. Next, Puente goes to the door of the convoy asking someone to call the police because “this man” was “coercing” him.

“If you don’t call the police, I’m not going to travel with this man,” Puente tells two AVE employees who are on the platform.

The passenger tells him that he is not doing anything, that he just wants him to answer the question about Puigdemont and Puente insists that he will not travel with him on the train and that the Police be called.
