New Student Accommodation Complex Proposed for Cork’s Sullivan’s Quay
Cork City is poised for a meaningful development along its waterfront with plans for a large-scale student accommodation complex on Sullivan’s Quay. The proposed development, designed by Reddy Architecture + Urbanism and spearheaded by developer BAM, aims to address the growing need for purpose-built student housing (PBSA) in the city. The plans detail two distinct blocks, varying in height from five to eleven stories. These structures are designed to accommodate a total of 503 students, offering a significant increase in dedicated student housing options within the city center.
