Additionally, most furniture, bedding, and towels are white, so extra care should be taken to prevent spills and stains. Your help in maintaining the cleanliness of the home is greatly appreciated.

This home retains many of its original features,including the windows.
Windows: Please exercise extreme caution if you need to open any windows. These are the original 1916 windows, are heavy, and do not stay open on thier own. If released, they could fall and break. Only open windows in case of emergency.
Fireplace: The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is currently inoperable. Please do not attempt to use it.

No Shoes: Please remove your shoes upon entering the living room and bedrooms to protect the rugs and carpets.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
