One passenger described the situation on social media, noting the discomfort caused by the heat and the disruption to scheduled activities, stating, “It was a total blackout for a few hours… no power meant no communications, no power to rooms, no AC, delayed shows, delayed meals.” The timing was notably challenging, coinciding with a period of high temperatures in the region.
Investigations following the initial outage revealed the cause to be a small electrical fire. However, overnight testing uncovered further, underlying technical faults requiring specialized attention.
